로즈는 최대 50% 할인이라는 표시를 보고 가게 안으로 들어가기로 했다.

영어 단문 + 해석 / 문법 정리 

1)  My six-years-old son - Dae ho - saw an advertisement for a new cleaning robot. 

내 여섯 살 아들 대호는 새로운 로봇 청소기의 광고를 보았다. 

2) It made the woman on television sing and dance across the living room.

그것은 티브이 속의 여성을 거실에서 춤추고 노래하게 만들었다. 

3) He was so impressed that he begged me to buy one.

그는 매우 인상을 받았고 내게 그것을 사달라고 졸랐다. 

4) When the robot was delivered - my son took it out of the package and started cleaning. 

로봇이 배송되었을 때 - 내 아들은 그것을 상자에서 꺼내 청소하기 시작했다. 

5) After five minutes - he gave it back to me. 

오분 뒤 그는 내게 그것을 다시 주었다.

문법 포인트 정리 

1) 사역동사 make가 만드는 5 형식 - make가 ~가 ~하게 하다/란 뜻일 때 뒤에 목적어와 목적보어를 취해 5 형식을 만들 수 있다. 목적보어로는 동사원형이 온다. made the woman on television to sing and dance.

2)  so ~ that 구문 = so + 형용사 / 부사 + that 구문은 매우~해서 ~한이라는 뜻으로 해석에 주의해야 한다. 

3) feel like - ing = feel like - ing는 ~하고 싶다란 의미로 동명사 관용 어구 중 하나이다.
