여 : I purchased a cell phone from your company last week. 지난주에 핸드폰을 귀사로부터 구입했는데요. Unfortunately. I'm having a lot of problems with it. 안타깝게도 핸드폰에 문제가 좀 많네요. 

남 : I'm sorry, but would you please call the customer representative number, 1234? Or Can I have your name and number? 죄송합니다만 혹 고객상담 전화번호인 1234로 전화를 걸어주시겠어요? 아니면 고객님의 이름과 핸드폰 번호를 알려주시겠어요?

* Unfortunately, I'm having a lot of problems with it. 유감스럽지만 제품에 문제가 많아서요. 

여기서 진행형으로 having을 쓴 이유를 찾아보자면 현재진행형은 [지금은 일어나고 있지만 계속 쭉 일어나지는 않은, 일시적인 경우에 사용] 합니다. 예를 들어 I usually wear a coat but I'm not wearing one today for not being cold. 

이때 wear는 상태동사임에도 불구하고 진행형으로 쓰인 이유는 춥지 않아서, 오늘만 코트를 일시적으로 입지 않고 다시 코트를 입을 가능성이 있기 때문입니다.
